GREEN FINANCE MARKET IN RUSSIA: PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT

The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the green finance market in Russia. Despite the fact that the green finance market in Russia is at the initial stage of development, “green” financial instruments are becoming increasingly popular, EsG agenda does not lose its relevance despite the current geopolitical situation and the partial breakdown of relations with foreign counterparties. The purpose of the study is to determine the future prospects for the development of green finance market, taking into account the changed external conditions. The paper concludes on the possible directions and trends in the development of green finance in Russia.

ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ РАЗВИТИЯ РОССИЙСКОГО РЫНКА «ЗЕЛЕНОГО» ФИНАНСИРОВАНИЯ

статья посвящена анализу текущего состояния рынка «зеленого» финансирования в России. Несмотря на то, что рынок «зеленого» финансирования в России находится на начальном этапе развития, «зеленые» финансовые инструменты приобретают все большую популярность, EsG-повестка не теряет своей актуальности несмотря на ухудшение геополитической обстановки и частичный разрыв связей с зарубежными контрагентами. Цель исследования – определить дальнейшие перспективы развития рынка «зеленого» финансирования с учетом изменившихся внешних условий. В работе делается вывод о возможных направлениях и тенденциях развития «зеленого» финансирования в России.
